Auctus Industries ("Auctus") is a company founded with the aim of building a significant, diversified, highly profitable, global aerospace business over the long‐term.

Auctus was established in 2013 by Terry Twigger, Valerio Massimo di Roccasecca and Edward Spencer‐Churchill and made its first acquisition in 2015, acquiring Shimtech Industries for an enterprise value of $220 million.
